 Dr. Pam Cox – Co-Owner & Provider
Dr. Cox is known for her compassion, empathy, and exceptional care. As co-owner of Deel Behavioral Health, she leads with heart and supports patients with a warm, holistic approach to wellness. 

 Lupe – Front Office Support & Notary
Lupe is often the first friendly face you’ll see at our office. She keeps things running smoothly, helps with calls and documents, and brings warmth, organization, and care to every interaction.
 

 Valerie – Office Administrator & Action Coordinator
Valerie brings clinical and administrative experience to Deel Initiative and Deel Behavioral Health. She leads community outreach, organizes events, and supports daily operations with passion and precision.
