Now Offering Spravato (esketamine)

A New Option for Treatment-Resistant Depression

Deel Behavioral Health is now offering SPRAVATO®, an FDA-approved nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression. It can be used as monotherapy or in combination with an oral antidepressant, based on your provider’s recommendation.

Cash pricing is available.

To make you feel more comfortable here's what to expect!

Your Treatment Journey

What to expect?

Your first visit is an assessment—not a treatment session. This appointment will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. During this time, our clinical team will:

  • Review your medical and mental health history
  • Discuss your treatment goals
  • Explain how SPRAVATO® works
  • Determine your individual dosing plan
  • Answer any questions or concerns you may have

There will be no medication administered at this visit. If you and your provider decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first treatment session and go over everything you’ll need to prepare.

Follow-Up Appointments:

Each follow-up session lasts about 2 hours, including dosing time and post-treatment monitoring. Upon arrival, our staff will check your vital signs, including blood pressure. If your blood pressure is too high, we will wait approximately 30 minutes and recheck. If it remains elevated, we’ll need to refer you to your primary care provider and reschedule your treatment for safety reasons.

You may still feel the effects of the medication after your session, so please bring a trusted driver to ensure you get home safely. We’ll support you during the recovery period, and you’ll have time to relax before heading home.

What to bring to your appointment?

  •   Government-issued photo ID
  •  Insurance card and payment method (or cash if self-pay)
  •  List of current medications
  •  Documentation of past treatment failures (if required)
  •  A trusted driver to take you home after your session
  •  Headphones or earbuds for comfort
  •  Blanket or light jacket (optional)
  •  Phone/device charger
  •  Entertainment – music, videos, or a calming app
  •  We'll provide drinks and light snacks

Please arrive on time and prepared — these items help ensure your session is safe, comfortable, and effective.

What you may feel?

SPRAVATO® affects everyone differently, but it’s common to experience:

  • Dissociation (feeling disconnected from your body or surroundings)
  • Drowsiness or sedation
  • Dizziness or a “floaty” feeling
  • Changes in perception, mood, or thinking

These effects usually begin shortly after dosing and wear off within a few hours. Our trained staff will monitor you the entire time to make sure you’re safe and supported.
