What to Expect
Your first visit is an assessment, not treatment. Expect about 1.5-2 hours where we'll review your history, discuss goals, and explain Spravato®. No medication is given during this visit. We'll plan your future sessions and discuss preparation.
Follow-ups last about 2 hours, including dosing and recovery. We monitor your vital signs, especially blood pressure. If elevated, we wait and recheck; if still high, we refer you for safety.
Please bring a trusted driver, as effects may last a few hours. We support your recovery at every step.
What to Bring
Please bring your ID, insurance, medications list, and a trusted driver. Optional comfort items like headphones, a jacket, or entertainment can help. Arriving prepared ensures a smooth, safe session.
Possible Feelings
You may feel dissociation, drowsiness, dizziness, or mood changes. Effects start soon after dosing and last a few hours. Our staff will watch over you for safety and comfort.
