Deel Behavioral Health Services is dedicated to providing accessible mental health support and addiction treatment for rural and underserved communities. Our team believes in compassionate care, evidence-based treatment, and genuine connection. We offer therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders, along with opioid use treatment through Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using Buprenorphine with Naloxone (Suboxone). Our focus is to support each person with respect, collaboration, and individualized care. Through our telemedicine services and in-person visits, our goal is to meet people where they are and remove barriers to treatment. Pam is a compassionate co-owner of Deel Behavioral Health who leads with empathy, providing warm, holistic care and essential mental health support. She goes above and beyond to ensure that both patients and staff feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported, including those seeking opioid use treatment and utilizing our telemedicine services.

Office Administrator & Notary Lupe welcomes every patient with kindness and professionalism, providing essential mental health support. She keeps our office organized and is attentive, always ready to assist with any needs, including opioid use treatment and telemedicine services. Her warmth, reliability, and genuine care make each interaction feel comfortable and supportive from the moment you walk in.

Office Administrator Valerie is another warm and welcoming face you’ll see in our office. She helps ensure daily operations stay organized and running smoothly, coordinating efforts to provide essential mental health support and opioid use treatment services. Additionally, she plans and organizes events for our nonprofit, Deel Initiative, which also promotes telemedicine services.
