Gerry is a dedicated provider and visionary leader whose compassion, humor, and heart for people drive Deel Behavioral Health’s mission. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is supported, valued, and cared for.  

 Co-Owner & Provider
Pam is a compassionate co-owner of Deel Behavioral Health who leads with empathy and provides warm, holistic care. She goes above and beyond to ensure both patients and staff feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported.

Lupe welcomes every patient with kindness and professionalism. She keeps our office organized, she is attentive, and always ready to help. Her warmth, reliability, and genuine care make each interaction feel comfortable and supported from the moment you walk in.

 Valerie is another warm and welcoming face you’ll see in our office. She helps ensure daily operations stay organized and running smoothly, and she also plans and coordinates events for our nonprofit, Deel Initiative.
