Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is the use of medications, in combination with counseling and other therapeutic techniques, to provide a “whole-patient” approach to the treatment of substance use disorders. Medications relieve the withdrawal systems and psychological cravings that cause chemical imbalances in the body. Research has shown that when provided at the proper dose, medications used in MAT have no adverse effects on a person’s intelligence, mental capability, or physical functioning.

We offer long acting injections such as Sublocade and Vivitrol, treatments designed to help you regain stability and take back control of your life. Whether your focus is family, work, or simply feeling like yourself again, our team is here to support your journey toward lasting change. You do not have to keep repeating the same cycle; life can be managed, and everyone deserves a second chance.
We also prescribe Suboxone (buprenorphine naloxone) and work directly with your pharmacy to ensure you have seamless access to your medication. Your success is truly our priority. Our process begins with a simple online self assessment, followed by an in person visit when needed, and continued with regular telehealth check ins to keep you moving toward your goals.
As part of our program, we provide random drug screenings and may occasionally help you count your medication to promote mindfulness, accountability, and your long term success. You will always have access to your prescriber (during clinic hours) or a member of their team, because staying connected matters.
Please note:
• We do not replace lost prescriptions.
• We do not provide early refills.
