 Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is an evidence-based approach to treating substance use disorders that combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and supportive care. MAT helps reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms, allowing individuals to stabilize, regain control, and focus on recovery. This treatment supports both physical and mental health, improves daily functioning, and has been shown to reduce relapse and overdose risk while promoting long-term recovery. 

  We offer long acting injectable treatments such as Sublocade® and Vivitrol®, designed to reduce cravings, support stability, and help you regain control of your life. Whether your focus is your family, your career, or simply feeling like yourself again, our team is here to support your journey toward lasting recovery. You do not have to continue repeating the same cycle. Recovery is possible, and everyone deserves a second chance.

 We also prescribe Suboxone® (buprenorphine and naloxone) and work directly with your pharmacy to ensure seamless access to your medication. Your success is our priority.

Our process begins with a simple online self assessment, followed by an in person evaluation when appropriate, and continues with regular telehealth check ins to keep you progressing toward your goals.

 As part of our structured program, we conduct random drug screenings and may occasionally perform medication counts to promote accountability, safety, and long term success. You will always have access to your prescriber during clinic hours or a member of their clinical team, because staying connected matters.
