During our first appointment, we will review your past treatment and start medications or continue medications for you that work. We hel you create a plan to go forward and include one monthly nurse check up to review how you are progressing. 

We schedule this appointment every 90 days to evaluate progress and refill medications or make changes with you to help you achieve your goals. 

We schedule this appointment every 30 days to evaluate progress and refill medications or make changes with you to help you achieve your goals. This program is for very involved patients that need frequent medication evaluation or additional contact. This may include monthly injections, therapy, medication labwork, and more intensive outpatient follow up.

Our nurse will assess needs and give your prescriber details to evaluate for the best options. These are scheduled one time between you prescriber visits (usually at 6 weeks)  to evaluate your progress and provide your prescriber the feedback they need about your care.

If you need to see us about another problem or medical concern and you are already in the program, then a Nurse visit will be the best option. Our nurse can assess needs and give your prescriber details to evaluate for the best options or recommendations. Your prescriber will see you at your next scheduled appointment, unless there are additional needs that they may need to address with you. 

This is a monthly service. We assess your need for treatment and provide counseling during your appointments to help you maintain your healthy lifestyle. We include random drug screens, pill counts, and assess medication needs that help you with your journey. We review past prescriptions and work with you to keep compliant with your goals. 

This monthly fee covers a review of your past month and we review goals and your commitment to succeed. We will remain in contact with you and your pharmacy and provide counseling to help you with goals. whether you want to maintain, taper, or switch to an injection. Because we are a comprehensive program, And you may be taking medications for anxiety, depression, weight loss, antibiotics, andher medical concerns. This appointment gives your prescriber information about your labs and compliance. We have to monitor drug use and evaluate prescriptions on your compliance. Buprenorphine is contraindicated with benzodiazepines and any other opioids. We also need to be aware of surgeries or accidents involving possible use of contraindicated prescriptions.
